The 3+2 program combines a BS in exercise science (pre-athletic training concentration) with an MS in athletic training. In this accelerated format, students complete both degrees in five years.
从2022年开始, the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) will require athletic trainers to be enrolled in a CAATE-accredited master’s program to sit for the BOC exam. 为了达到这些标准, North Park is now a fully accredited 3+2 program, supported by its commitment to a high-quality education with access to clinical experience, 实习培训, 和经验丰富的教员.
Applicants with a completed bachelor’s degree may apply directly to North Park’s master of science in athletic training program.

Students practice their skills and prepare for clinical practice in our dedicated athletic training education center—seamlessly transitioning from in-the-classroom learning to 实习培训.

Learn from Professional Athletic Trainers
All of North Park’s athletic training faculty and staff are passionate about helping students gain the knowledge and practical skills they need for a successful career. Students learn in the classroom and on the sidelines. While utilizing on-campus clinical facilities, students assist clinicians in providing healthcare to the University’s Division III athletic teams. Students will also have clinical experiences in high schools, 医院, 诊所, and professional sports settings throughout the 芝加哥land area.
