Trinity Mitchell (C’25) | Senior Exhibition
Trinity Mitchell (b. 2002) is a student at North Park University in 芝加哥 studying for their BA in Fine Arts and Scandinavian Studies. They spent their childhood in Pennsylvania stargazing with their family and now focuses on the mythos created through constellations. Through this language of mythology, Trinity connects human and animal experience. Their work aligns the cruelty of humans toward one another with human cruelty toward animals. Trinity incorporates paint, 木炭, 数字, and printmaking to create expressive imagery in their works. They also serve as the graphic designer for The North Branch 2023 版. Trinity’s work has been showcased in the Junior Show in North Park’s Carlson Gallery, the Scholarship Show in Brandel图书馆, as well as featured in Vista 杂志, North Park’s student voices 杂志, and in The North Branch literary and fine art 杂志.
