家长PLUS贷款更改表格 (online form for undergraduate students/parents): Parents who have borrowed money through a PLUS Loan for the current academic year and wish to make changes to the loan must submit this form to the Financial 援助 Office to have those changes made. This form must be completed by the parent borrower of the PLUS Loan, not the student.

教会配对补助金申请: Churches may donate funds in your name, and North Park will match these funds up to $500 per year. This application must be completed by your church annually. (A separate 神学院 Church Matching Grant Application is available 在这里.)

This includes release to parents and family members.
